How can I cancel or change my order?

We're sorry to hear that you'll be cancelling your order with us! We may be able to cancel your order for you if it hasn't been processed out yet.

Please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will look into the status of the order and assist you accordingly.

If your order has already been processed to ship, we will be unable to cancel your order. But no worries! You are more than welcome to return the package to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund (excluding Creative Studio products). When the package arrives, please either reject the package, or mark the unopened package as "Return to Sender" and drop it off at a local post office. This will return the package back to us free of charge.
